The Junior Janitor!: Photo A Day - Something Funny

Day 11 of "June Photo A Day Challenge" : Something Funny

I thought and thought and thought real hard... and still nothing came to my mind, for "funny", except the photographs of Yuvraj!

Sure there are funny sign-boards, funny Indian English, truck slogans, but if I have to pick a photograph taken by me (or one of my family members), I will automatically start looking through UV's folder in my hard drive.

March 2012 photo challenge also had the same prompt, for which I posted this. And for today, I found this photograph of our "Junior Janitor"!

That, I'm sure, is the story of every 1-year-old, at least in India.

Pull out the broom from wherever you've tried to hide it, and start sweeping the floor. Or pick up his/her napkin and start wiping the table.

Napkin not available? No problem. Your freshly laundered t-shirt will do just fine.

And God save you if you try taking the janitor's "tools" away from him/her. Don't you see that hard set mouth and those arched eyebrows? This "junior janitor" is definitely not pleased at the interruption in his work!

This is my 11th post for 2013 June Photo A Day Challenge.

Hahaha! Swathi, I started this blog the day after he was born. Anytime I'm feeling low, I browse through all his pictures saved on my PC. Definite mood-uplifter! :D

Enjoy browsing through the other posts on him. He has an entire label here dedicated to him - "Yuvraj"!

Ya there's some thing with kids and broom sticks :)

Thanks Afshan! Kids of that age just love running off with broomsticks, don't they! Nightmare for the maids! :D

I tried commenting from the phone here. I am not sure if it got through. Anyways I was just saying, how cute this kid is and how brooms and pressure cookers are the best toys. :)

No Jyothi, it didn't, but this one got through. :D
This kid was an oaf! Still is! And he is a big Salmaan Khan fan!
You might remember that pic of a kid on a toy motorcycle that I posted last month - "Grand Prix Junior"? He's the same kid at one year age! :D

@Shilpa - Just look at his expression! He looks cute even when he's angry! He was a total comedian! I miss him here in Jaipur... :P

@Rajlakshmi - Ho! You must check out his other pics posted here... in the tag "Yuvraj"! Honestly... that kid was a handful... TWO HANDFULS!

He looks so adorable, and this picture qualifies for "cute" too.

Thanks Reema! I'll probably end up putting another of his pictures for today's prompt!
