Creative Avalanche

Why are you hit by a sudden avalanche of blogging ideas when you are so busy that you don't even have time to eat properly?

Come to think of it... why are you hit by a sudden avalanche of cooking ideas (Read: "Culinary Experiments") at the same hectic time in life?

I ought to note them down somewhere.

It's total chaos here these days.

The notebook that was, once upon a time, meant for my blog posts, is now full of lists -- wedding lists, packing lists, shopping lists, things-to-do lists, what-lists-to-make lists...!

Ok, the last one was a bit too much... but you're getting the point, aren't you?

I seriously need to re-organize my personal space.

And in the meantime, I need to note down these blog ideas somewhere... maybe I'll just put them all in a new post and save it in drafts.

Dare you lose your ideas. Hang a notebook around your neck. I don't want these short-cut posts you do - wordless wednesday, silly saturday, moronic monday or whatever. I want good ol' kaddu firing on all cylinders, cranking out 1000-word pieces by the dozen every month. Pieces which you could settle down to, like a rich, bubbling mug of hot soup that you hold with both hands and sip while you let your thoughts merge with the vapors as you set down the mug, type in a comment to join the discussion and eagerly wait for a response from the author who never makes you wait, who always addresses each commenter personally and makes you want to come back for more. I can't do that with your stupid nablopomo, as creative and challenging making a new post every day for a whole month may be!
Give your blog a new look too. C'mon, give miss_teerious a festival frock for Christmas :-)

A Notebook hanging around my neck??? ROTFL! Don't I look funny enough already? =))

1000-word pieces coming up soon... promise. Though perhaps not by the dozen every month.

NaBloPoMo is a bit tough to follow, I agree. But I like doing Wordless Wednesdays and Silly Saturdays. They let me explore my visual creative side (as against the normal wordy one)... even if it just involves presenting centuries old quotes in the form of catchy picture slides.

New look to blog? You mean like a completely new template? Or just tweaking up the elements on the existing template?

NaBloPoMo is tough to follow, no. Tough to write, yesh. Forced, yesh. Though I imagine that the satisfaction of being creative and disciplined enough to write a fresh post every single day for a month must be totally worth it!

I like wordless and saturdays too. Especially since you seem to create your own images these days.

A new look for miss_teerious! Big tweaks. Retain the theme and everything that makes navigation and reading posts easy but give it a noo look na
